M.D. : Medical Doctorの略
PhD : Philosophy Doctor（博士号）
アドバイス
推薦状については，教授に書いてもらっても良いのですが，
どこの大学でも教授はとてもお忙しいですから，
自分で自分の推薦状を書いて教授の元に持参して，
それを教授に修正してもらう．
というのが良いかもしれません．
