I believe it serves well as a step off to more detailed.
I do not have any major criticisms or changes that need mentioning.

There are some format and language problems that need to be corrected.
The writing is good but the descriptions are inadequate.
Although I think the study offers information important for surgeons, I recommend re-evaluation of the manuscript for consideration for publication after the following points are addressed:

This paper could have been of interest for ◯◯ readers, however I believe that this study in not suitable for publication.
I think the samples of this study are not adequate.
So more cases should be added.
While the idea could be interesting, the paper is currently poorly written, with several methodological drawbacks.
I think that in the current format the paper is not suitable for publication in ◯◯.
The results are intuitive and not surprising.
The paper has several limitations.
This paper has no control group.
As such, this paper offers very little further information on this topic to the readers of ◯◯ and therefore I do not recommend its publication.
