ロシア人にメールしてみた。

先日から、悩んでいる症例。
仙骨に通常は無い骨があるので、
いろいろ調べています。

どうも、Sacral Ribという範疇に入る概念らしい。
Facebookでは、整形の先生のみならず、
放射線科の先生からもコメントをいただきましたが、
みなさん、見たことが無い症例のようです。

昨日は、結構時間があったので、
かたっぱしから過去の論文をあたってみました。

すると、ロシア人が書いた発生学の論文に
かなり詳しくかかれていました。

だめもとで、corresponding author(連絡先の先生)
にメールしてみました。

I read your paper of "Correlative changes during early
morphogenisis of the sacroiliac complex in
squamate reptiles".

An interesting case visited our hospital.
He is 00 years old and have buttock pain.

We checked CT (Computed tomography).
He had oblique sacrum and abnormal bone.
(CT show Back view. White arrow is abnormal bone)
(Power point file and TIFF was attached.)

Is this a sacral rib?
In MRI, we can see Joint (cartilage) between sacrum and abnormal bone.

I asked about this CT to several famous radiologists.
But nobody know this abnormality.

Do you have any suggestion about this abnormality?

昨日行ったイタリアンレストランが馬すぎだったのでご紹介

ここのマスター、相当のこだわりだと思っていましたが、
ブログを見て、さらに感動しました。
いやー。プロです。

瀬戸内海は地中海に気候が似ているらしく、
イタリアンレストランが多いみたい。
その激戦区の中でも、かなりすばらしいお味でした。

お値段は、5000円から7000円くらいかなあ。
イタリアのシチリア島ワインもたくさん扱わてます。
昨年留学した先のLamartina先生が、シチリア島
出身で、いろいろお話を聞いていたので、
ワインも格別のお味でした。
